About the event
The Prairie Fire Challenge is Saskatchewan's newest annual Culinary Event, celebrating mentorship, creativity, and technical excellence. Eight two-person teams(one senior chef & one young chef) will compete live in three-course challenge before judges and guests at Prairieland Park, Saskatoon. The event will combine competition, entertainment, and fine dining into a premium culinary experience designed to grow Saskatchewan's signature culinary showcase.
